So Rexy-Roo our female rabbit was neutered on Thursday and has been inside in her play pen recovering. We have another female rabbit Mrs Bunnykins who in not neutered as we couldn’t afford to have them done at the same time! Mrs Bunnykins will be neutered at the end of the month. We’ve kept Rexy-Roo in her play pen and let Mrs Bunnykins come inside and be around her.Just wondering if anyone had any reintroduction tips anyone has? Any info would be much appreciated.

I'd suggest keeping them apart until Mrs Bunnykins is spayed and healed. There really is no benefit to trying to start bonding before then. Once she returns from the vet, she will smell differently anyway, so Rexy-Roo won't even know/recognize her.

If you want them near each other in the meantime, still keep them separated by cage or x-pen. Doing otherwise only risks the potential for disagreement which could cause issues for future bonding. Allowing them to interact before the spay has no benefit, only risk.
