Broken blue. Broken Opal. Or Broken Blue Otter. Please get a pic of the belly, if there are any markings. If not, does he/she have rings of color in their coat? That would mean that he/she is an agouti. If there is tanning in the ears and around the nose you have a blue otter.

The weather has alot to do with it. If it's hot a doe is not going to want to breed.

I think the coat could be denser on this doe & her ears appear to be abit long at the moment. She is a bit choppy. Like just a tad. :3 Those are my thoughts. I still want to hear everyone else's.

A baby coat should not look like this in a Mini Rex. I'm not going to lie, I would not keep a rabbit like this for my breeding program. I would invest in a better buck. It's going to save you more in the long run.

I'm not familiar with Cashmere Lops, we don't have them as an official breed here in Canada, but he certainly is adorable.
