    Do girl bunnies do this?

Do girl bunnies hump? I know they will do it with other buns as a dominant thing, but last night Diamond was cuddling with me laying on my chest. All of a sudden she hopped up and started jumpingall overme. It almost appeared like she was going to attack me. I set her down on the floor cause she...

    New breed of bunny

Check out the first picture in the upper left corner. This made me laugh :roflmao:. I'm sure it was an error, or maybe the shelters way of getting other animals noticed. *chuckle, chuckle* http://www.animalhumanesociety.org/animal_list.asp?code=rabbits

Another question about wood pellets and hay

Has anyone heard of the brand "Marth Wood Pellets"? It's a fuel pellet, but the guy at the feed store said a lot of people buy it for litter. I searched on here for some brand names before going to get itbut this was all they had. I've been usingcarefresh, but it is so expensive and a further...

    Wow, look at this picture

I just found this picture and had to share. I love those feet! I love Giants. He's 17 lbs. and stands 3 feet tall on his hind legs. I guess he's a German Giant.......never heard of that breed before. He's cute, cute, cute! It just makes me giggle how big he is.

    My neighbors have 2 bunnies!!!

I'm so excited! I just found out my new neighbors about 3 houses down have 2 bunnies. They moved in a few days ago and my son just brought over the boy that lives there. Of course the first thing my kids do when friends come in is show off the bunny. I heard the boy say "I have bunnies too"! I...

    Changing buns schedule?

Is it possible to change a buns schedule? Diamond always wants to run and play around the time I'm ready for bed. I give her about a half hour but then I have to put her away for the night and she HATES it. She has all day to run and play. She gets free roam but she chooses to snooze all day...

    Trip to the vet

So on Sunday afternoon I noticed Diamond wouldn't come out of her cage at all. We keep the door open so she can come and go as she pleases. She spends most of her time out so I thought it was a little strange that she wouldn't come out.She was still eating and drinking, peeing and pooing so I...

    Bunny 500

I know this isn't the best picture since she was on the move full speed. I thought it was cute and had to laugh when I looked at my camera. I took about 5 or 6 shots. She was running laps so fast I couldn't keep up with her. Anyone else have pictures of their bunnies at top speed?

    Kohlrabi?

Can bunnies eat the leaves from kohlrabi? My husband just brought some home. He asked if the bunny could eat it. I looked it up on HRS and it is not on their list. It's also not on the poisonous list either. :anyone:

Does anyone do an all salad diet?

I was thinking of doing an all veggie/greensdiet. I don't have a good store around here to pick up pellets easily. I have read other places that an all veggie dietis sometimes better since that is what they are born to eat anyway. Pellets were only developed by labs and stock breeders to fatten...

Hello everyone! I've already posted once but thought I would introduce myself. My name is Joanna and I have a 3 month old Harlequin Dutch (I think?). My mother gave the bunny to my daughter for her 6th birthday. My daughter named it Diamond. I'm still not positive if it's a boy or a girl. I keep...

    Hurt foot

Hello everyone! I'm new and have not done a formal introduction yet. My first priority was to ask about my bunnies foot. My family took a weekend camping trip and we left our bunny with my parents. My parents are animal lovers and I believe I have taught them enough about bunnies to trust them...
