Mine are free roam 24/7 in the living room. Newt stays in there because he hates walking on vinyl flooring. Ookpik mostly stays in there, but she'll go check out the rest of the house once in a while. They do have a cube cage set up in case I have to confine them, though.

Buzzing is usually a happy sound, I think. We had a thread about it a few years ago, but I don't remember it exactly! lol. Newt used to buzz when he was happy, usually when I was about to feed him. But I haven't heard it in a while, might just be too noisy to hear it, the buzzing is rather soft.

Well, I've torn down the rabbits cage again. They don't normally live in it and it's so huge and in the way. I used to have just a sort of nic corner set up to hold their hay racks and I used the tray from a wire dog kennel with the litter boxes under it, but then I had no way to contain them...
