Good morning folks and Hoppy Thanksgiving!
I just joined here and thought I’d introduce myself and my rabbit Bruce.
I used to have rabbits when I was younger but about a year ago I adopted my rabbit Bruce from a friend, and he became my first house rabbit! YouTube channels like Lennon the Bunny and Victoria Raechel contributed to my desire to have a (mostly) free-roam indoor bunny, so if you’re looking for resources there’s some great content there!
anyway, I’m a college student trying to pamper Bruce as inexpensively as I can, always looking for new ways to enrich his life.
Bruce is a 4 year old broken black Mini Lop buck, unfortunately intact, lol, but that will change soon! Bruce loves to hang out with his best cat friend, keep me awake at night digging in his litter box, and just run around checking out what everyone’s doing. As an intact male rabbit, he has to have his own “pad” because he gets stressed out and also misses the litter box without an ex-pen to call his own, but the only time his door is ever closed is at night when we’re sleeping and I can’t watch him. Bruce is honestly the friendliest, most outgoing bunny I have ever met!
anyway, if youhave any questions about me or Bruce let us know. And I’d love to meet you! Tell me a little about yourself and your bun(s) if you want!
p.s. attached is a few pics of Bruce’s new Christmas decorations in his cage. :)

Welcome to the forum!

It's great you have a space that he can consider his own. I firmly believe that even free-roam bunnies need a space of their own.

I also kept my rabbit's cage door open all day and just closed at nighttime.
