We had newborn bunnies 4 days ago and I noticed that two of the four bunnies were bloated on their stomach. Is this normal or should I go see a vet to have it checked out.

Have you tried stimulating them to urinate and defecate, plus ensure the openings aren't stopped up? That's really severe. If you can't stimulate them to bring the pressure down, you probably will need to get them to the vet.

How do you stimulate them to urinate?

By using a cotton ball moistened with warm water and gently rubbing the genital/anal area til they pee and poop. Normally it should only take a few seconds, but with how distended the kits belly is, it may not work. There could also be a risk of something internal rupturing by stimulating too roughly or too long, because of the excess pressure in there. So if in doubt at all, it's always best to consult with an experienced rabbit vet first.
