Update! Took Nummy to the vet yesterday, and they took a needle biopsy of the abscess. I hope it will come back with some result but the vet said there was no guarentee on that. They would not do the bicillin for him unfortunately but did give him a injection of baytril for the time being until...

Ovol baby gas drops help my Nummy get through his bouts with gas, I give 1 ml and watch and see if it helps. He is 4lbs. I think you can give it again in 3 hours or so. Someone correct me if I am wrong on that. You can get the Ovol at the drug store. Hope he feels better soon.
