Do you have a pet rabbit?

I only have one now. His name is Cadillac Jack or CJ for short. He turned 2 in December and just got neutered on March 7th.

HELP: 6-7 week old bunny, beginnings of enteritis?

Update: Yesterday morning Nova wasn't eating or drinking. Her poops were extremely small and hard/dry. I had to go to work and the whole day I was worried about her. Mom stopped at the vet and got critical care. I got fluids from another vet. I also stopped and got alfalfa hay. I put the...

Reintroducing my rabbits (and I have some new ones LOL)

I haven't been on in a while and our dynamic has changed slightly. All but two of the bunnies are fixed now. Both of those are girls and I'm working on getting them done (one is still too young). Once they're done, I'm planning on bonding them together and giving them their own room. Four of...

HELP: 6-7 week old bunny, beginnings of enteritis?

Her belly does feel bloated. I did give her a water dish and she is drinking from it. Her poop is the same size now as it was the day I got her. She's tiny, so it's tiny. I don't have a comparison point to base it off of because she's so much smaller than my others. She is eating, hay and...

HELP: 6-7 week old bunny, beginnings of enteritis?

I was given a 6-7 week old female mixed breed bunny at Walmart the other day. It's a long story, but I'd rather get to the issue at hand. She's extremely thin. I feel like the first day she was here, she was eating me out of house and home. I thought maybe it's because she no longer had to...

    Seemingly bloated bunny?!?!?!?!

That's all good news. I would give her some infant gas drops and massage her belly, just in case it's just gas.

    Ivy is attacking me ???

I kind of skimmed over your post, so if I missed something I'm sorry. I'm at work and the guy behind me won't shut up LOL. I used to have a rabbit who would hang out of the cage door during dinner time, but when I went to put the hay in there, she would growl and smack at me. You have to...

    Seemingly bloated bunny?!?!?!?!

    Is she defecating?

    Lion head's mane getting tangled

It very well could be considering she has no incisors. I understand all too well about the "around the mouth" thing. My angora will attack the brush or clippers or whatever I have around her face. It has to be done though, so I just kind of dodge and muddle my way through it LOL!

    Sneezing

She's fine and her and Harrison are getting spayed/neutered on January 19th :)

    Urgent: Doe not lactating

Are these a dwarf breed by chance? They may be peanuts.

    Sneezing

I think I'm going to take her any way. I am wanting to get her spayed and Harrison neutered in January. If she's not sick, hopefully they'll count this as her spay exam.

    Spraying?

He has always been really sweet. He has a wife now though and he no longer tries to rape the dog LOL.

    Spraying?

    Over a year.

    Sneezing

Megara came to me about three weeks ago. I have had her in quarantine and was about to put her in the rabbit room, but I noticed last night that she was sneezing. There's no snot coming out and it's not a wet sneeze (she kept sneezing towards my face, but I didn't feel anything). There is a...

Molting and Strings of Pearls? How to keep his gut moving?

I give puritan's pride papaya tablets.

Is this normal for bunny genitals?

    Those are most definitely testicles.

    Lion head's mane getting tangled

Does she drink from a bottle or bowl? Bowls will cause more matting, but I like the bowls because they drink more in one go. I would cut it down. She may not look the best, but I'm sure she's tired of the tangles being brushed out all the time.

    Which surgery first?

What I would recommend, if possible, is to do the eye first and if she's handling the anesthesia well, do the spay while she's still under. Ultimately I would ask the vet their advice and make your own decision based off of the information given to you by a professional.

tell me the truth! - Flemish Giant size

I don't know if you know how big the XL activity centers are from Happy Rabbit Toys, but this is my boy sitting on his. He's about 9 months old and still seems to be growing. He's around 12-14 lbs if I had to guess. When I hold him at my hip, his face is next to mine without stretching. As...
