We have two beautiful Holland Lops :)

I finally booked a vet appt for our two 4-mth old Holland Lops. I kept going back and forth between two vets but the cost made my decision alot easier. The vet I was leaning toward charges $574 per rabbit for a spay. The second one charges $220. I was sticker-priced shocked to say the least...

We have two Holland lop does that we plan on getting spayed inthe next couple of months. They are only 11days apart in age. I was wondering what your opinion would be about getting them spayed at the same time or if they should be done separately with a few days or even weeks between spats...

Thanks Nela. We still have some of their other food, so I mixed it in with the new food. Theyll be on a combination of the two until the old stuff is gone....the it will just be Sherwood Forest :)

Very interesting......we have two female Holland Lops. They came from the same breeder, but different parents........they are currently 4 mths old and are only 11 days apart in age. So far so good, but after reading about this, I will keep an even closer eye on them. Plan on getting them...

I put coroplast on the shelves and then covered it with light-weight fleece blankets for comfort and to make it non-slippery ;). Our girls love it up on their shelves

I have been reading alot of older posts about the NIC cages and a couple of years ago the manufacturer changed the size of the inner squares. Is this still a problem? I am looking into building our bunnies a 4x2x2 area so the will be indoor bunnies.......any suggestions would be greatly...
