i have 2 english angoras i haven't had to clip them (thank goodness i am so scared of nicking them) once you get the mats out the easiest corse is a daily brushing. good luck.

we have so many pets, my dh keeps telling me no more, but bunnies are making me crazy. i want at least one more, a giant (german) angora....they are so cute:bunnydance:

oh, i know, and the sad thing is she is so friggin cute i usually laugh at her crazy antics. the cage thing scared me, but the rest of her silliness even though it is "bad" just cracks me up. on the other hand she is the cuddliest thing ever, way cuddlier then my other bunny, but she is way...

yes i know, i actually removed her immediately and she is staying the the spare bathroom while we go away or sleep. she didn't look like she would even come close to fitting, but i guess she thought otherwise.

the vienna is gorgeous

she suddenly is quite the handful, she jumped in the mop bucket, tried to eat the mop, jumped in the trash can and was eating trash, picked on stormy(the other bun)a bit, and when i put her in her crate she tried to squeeze through the bars and got stuck....i can feel the grey hair sprouting...

i paid 50 each for my buns. they are both angoras, both in tact. our previous dwarf bunny was 5 at a farmers stand (definite impulse buy) she lived 8 years, i am hoping my new buns live similarly long lives. i want a german (giant) angora, but so far haven'y found a breeder around here...

hmmm i use yesterdays news, and clean it daily i don't get odors. my buns themselves never stink. this is a good idea, i may need to try it. is your room very hot/warm? i notice when i don't have teh airconditioning on (power went out) i could smell some of my animals.:?

mt stormy went through a spell where she would only pee outside her cage. she didn't touch her box in her cage. it was frustrating. i finally got a second box, sat it where she would go outside her pen, and now she is litter trained and uses the box in her pen. it was so odd.

i am a bit of a neat freak. i have two buns and they live in our living room. they are not smelly. do you have a litter pan for the bunny? i use yesterdays new litter, i change my box, and rinse it out daily. our buns are fairly young, yet almost completely litter trained. they haven't started...

i looked them over, which is hard w/ all that fur, but i am assuming there would be blood? i didn't see anything. the good thing w/ angora fur is so abundant that cookie just got a mouth full of fur, i just feel so bad, they seemed to love one another, and were almost doting, this is very...

bummer. i keep them seperate at night, and when we are not home, but they won't even play together now? maybe i won't breed them, or will just breed the baby once. it happened just a few minutes ago again, and the baby is definitely the attacker, she will run straight across the room to get at...
