    Rabbit Habbits

Well, I think we have everybody's identities settled. The Bunn-Bunns started out as The Bunny Boys, both male, both black, named Leland and Randy. Then, they became The Bunny Buddies, male and female, both black, named Sharona and Randy. Since then, I've been concentrating on slow-bonding with...

    I bought the furminator!

I looovve my Furminator! I bought it for my cats last year(one has a REALLY dense undercoat thats constantly shedding), and am glad to know I can use it on my new bunnies when they start to shed. There is a furminator website that you can check out if you want to.

    Rabbit Habbits

It's actually kinda my fault :embarrassed: When I got them, they said they were both boys. I didn't try to sex them until they were more comfortable with me. I was able to check one; but the other threw such a fit when I tried to turn "him" over :juggle, I decided to wait for a day or so...

    Rabbit Habbits

I was playing with my "Bunny Boys" and was getting upset with Randy constantly trying to 'dominate' Leland. So, I decided to do a sex check. Uh-oh! Leland's a girl! So, we officially have changed "his" name to Sharona. Now, I just have to hope none of the 'dominance' games result in kits...

    Grass

I've searched the forum and searched the sites. They mention oat hay and wheat grass, but no mention of oat GRASS. We grow oat grass for the kitties to nibble, and I was wondering if it is safe for the Bunny Boys. If it is, how much fresh oat grass is safe to give 4 month old boys? Thank you.

    Veggie issues

I have a wierd bunny. Randy doesn't like any of the vegetables we've tried so far. We've given spinich, carrots, celery, dandylion, and alfalfa sprouts. We've even tried apple and banana. He turns up his nose to it all. All he wants to eat is his hay and pellets. Leland adores everything...

Thank you all for the warm welcome:) The bunny boys are pet store babies(4-5 months old right now). Our local shelter occaisionally has rabbits to adopt, but I thought it would be a good idea to become familiar with the whole bunny experience before trying to take on an adoption project. We...

Howdy from a new Texas bunny mom:D We have two mixed-breed boys (Randy and Leland) about four months old, both black. Fortunately, they have enough physical differences to tell them apart. I've done a lot of homework, but still have MANY questions; hope ya'll are ready;)
