    It looks like a mini lop, but age and weight would help.

    I second that, we can't see size and weight from this photo and we don't know age, for now looks like a mini lop but could be just a baby holland lop or some other lop or a mix. If it's not a mini lop but just a baby under 3 months can grow significantly

    he's around a year old. don't know how much he weighs... how would I weigh him?

    Put him into a cardboard box? Weight the empty box.
    Give treat immedatly after, or in the box if he is calm enough to take it.

    You could also just hold him and stand on the scale, then subtract your weight. I use a baby scale to weigh my rabbits.

    so I finally weighed him. according to my home scale he is 5.4 lbs.
