With the soft poop is he also producing the normal round fecal balls? If there are no normal round fecal poops and all of his poop is watery or pudding like(diarrhea), that is considered an emergency and you should get your bun to the vet immediately(today).
Have you changed anything in his diet or added any new foods? What is his exact diet(exact type and brand of pellets and amount each day, type of hay and amount that is eaten each day, any other foods or treats you are feeding and how often/how much)? Also what is his approximate weight? How long have you had him, and are you feeding the same type and brand of pellets he had in his previous home? Or if you switched him to a new type of pellet, did you do it gradually over a couple of weeks by gradually decreasing the old pellets and gradually increasing the new pellets?
If you can, post a picture of his poop and urine.
