Separate rabbits

How can u separate 2 rabbits, I bought 2 rabbits they were met to be 2 males, but it looks like I have a male and female and I need to separate them but they been together for 5 months, will they be OK on there own

Yes you have to separate them as soon as possible, if they are now 6 months old your female is most likely already pregnant and can give birth any minute. I've seen your comment that there was some fur upstairs so she is probably already nesting, you have to give her a nesting box stuffed with hay and offer unlimited high protein food so she could produce enough milk to feed the babies, also give her some privacy and make her environment stress-free. Make sure she has plenty of fresh water she will be drinking a lot when it all starts.
