Well.. before George died I taught him two tricks; 'kiss' and 'stand'

He was great at doing them and he was very smart! He was a dutch.
(btw - when I said "kiss" they would touch my nose)

Anyway.. I want to teach one (I'll train the other one some other time) a few tricks.
When I got Oreo my dwarf rabbit, I wanted to train her. I trained her to kiss. She wasn't great at it but she was doing okay.

When I had George, I also owned Jenni my mix breed bun.
George was ALWAYS crazy for food and Jenni was not - that's why I trained George!

Now, since George passed in September, Jenni loves food! She can't get enough!

Both rabbits run to me when I make a "tut" noise.
Jenni comes straight away and Oreo follows her (they are bonded). I kind of think Oreo comes to me because Jen runs.

Jenni is my fav. bun from the two of them.

So.. do you think I should train Jenni or Oreo?
I heard that dwarfs (Oreo) are smarter at learning tricks.

Jenni is 1 year (and a few weeks) old now.
Oreo is about 8 months now.
Does age matter?

thanks :p

Are either of them more of a troublemaker? I would train the troublemaker because those are often the bunnies that really need the extra mental stimulation and often learn new things very fast.

I don't think the breed matters at all - it all comes down to personality and their willingness to learn. Being food motivated is also important, but it sounds like you won't have a problem with either of them there. And age doesn't matter at all as long as they're not super young babies.
