Rabbit making funny noises...

So Ralphy has always been a bit of an odd character. But today he's started making little whistle noises when he Is breathing... Should I be worried? They are very small noises but iv noticed them and am now worried about my little man...

Has there been any nasal discharge or sneezing? Any signs of breathing difficulty, like his nose and head raised up? Any other changes of behavior?

No he seems perfectly fine... Not anymore sneezing than normal and his head is still down. No discharge at all... I don't get why it happened but it seems to have stopped now... It was after he had a mad running fit and was panting... Haha kinda like myself after a run but then I'm Asthmatic. I don't think rabbits can be haha

Maybe there was a piece of hay caught in his throat :? Glad he's alright now
