Rabbit has pink near eye!

Hey guys, I recently saw that my 4 month old rabbit has pink near her eyes is this serious? I’m very worried about her what should I do?

Thankfully Everything turned out fine took her to the vet nothing serious they subscribed a cream and her eye is much better.
