Hi! I was filming my girl bun Jindy eating fresh banana this morning and she made some noises I've never heard before. I thought it was cute but when I listen back it sounds like it could be sniffly??

She isn't wheezing or snuffling otherwise though and banana is her absolute favourite. The fur on her back always twitches when she eats it.

Recently she's started quietly clucking when she comes to me. I thought it was her being chatty and happy but my mum reminded me of our rabbit who died of pneumonia yeah ago making noises before that developed.

I'd love any thoughts?!

From my understanding, the grunting is just her being excited. The clucking is a showing of appreciation.
Nothing to be worried about!

How much of the banana are you feeding her? The maximum per day is a 1" slice. Otherwise they can get a load of sugar that can imbalance their bacteria in their gut which can lead to GI stasis.
