pregnant or not?

my friend has a female rabbit that came in contact with a male rabbit both unspay/neutered (she doesnt remember the day they came in contact)and she thinks it might be pregnant it built a nest 3 days ago but hasnt had any babies and yesterday it started using the nest it created as a litterbox why would it do that? I'm pretty sure it is pregnant bc when I went over there when the rabbit was laying down you could see quite a lot of movement in her side and she looked very uncomfortable the rabbit is a little over a year old Mini Lop

When you say she "built a nest", what do you mean, exactly? Did she pull fur? Or just make a bed in there?

If she hasn't had any babies, and it's been over a month since the contact (even if she can't remember the exact date, she should at least know what week it was) odds are great that she's not pregnant.

You can't really see babies moving. They are usually smooshed in there pretty tightly, with not much room for maneuvering. As far as comfort, it might be because it's getting warmer out.

She is kept in the house she does not remember the week but it has not been over a month and i took a few videos of her and she made a nest on top of her litterbox and my friend didn't know that's what she was doing so she asked me and i told her to put a box in there and the rabbit made another nest in the box no fur ill post vids
