Can you tell she is my baby? lol I have more pictures of her then any other bunny, and she is only 3 months old lol
But there are all her recent shots so that you can tell easier then just a couple of pictures.

Looks like a mix breed - color blue point. Could I use a photo for my coat color website?

Yeah she is a mix. her mom was a Black Otter Dwarf mix bred to her brother a Fox Tort.
I didn't breed them.

I was just curious to her coloring, and is she actually a siamese?

thank you btw, and Yes you can use one of Mary's picture ^_^

well with Siamese rats and mice there are different colored siamese and himalayans.
Blue, russian blue, mink, seal, so on and so forth.
the siamese factor totally changes the genetics of what you will get in the litter.
Himalayans change it too. and kinda dilute the color.

So if you breed a black to a siamese carrying siamese you'll start out with nice creamy colored babies that will molt and have DARK beautiful points. and then if you do the same thing with a Himi you'll have babies that start out with white babies that molt out with lighter colored points.
the himis are albino (PEW) based, where the siamese are something else (can't remember off the top of my head)

So pretty much the himis are diluters where the siamese aren't so much.

When I looked at the picture I first thought sable point. What is the difference between blue and sable point?
P.S. I thought Himalayan usually has red eyes:?

She only has red eyes in the photos from flash. She has brown eyes though.

The points are why I don't breed himis or anything, confuses me.
rats are easier lol

I thought the same thing. Blue point is the dilute of sable point, but generally looks a little lighter, from what I've seen. She looks like a very clean sable point on my screen. Rattiemattiesrattery- does your rabbit have brown eyes or blue-grey eyes?

Also to clear up any confusion, this rabbit is not Himilayan. Yes, Himis do have red eyes. Their coat color is similar to a sable/blue point, like here. But they have red eyes. :)

And mistyjr, siamese sable is a much darker shaded color.

I would call Mary a?

What does PEW stand for if it is albino based?
