I have two youngsters, roughly 3.5-4 mouths now. The sire is my Vienna (98% +/- blue eyes) out of my Self Black Satin Doe.
Now, this is were the weird part comes in...
Both kits have soft, plush coats. It's light and fluffy, moderate thickness, like an undercoat almost. The guard hairs are few but long very shiny, like a Satin coat.
Will these soft, downy satin coats shed out? I got them during the summer months and they had the same coats, just a tad shorter but just as soft and plush. Buck has a normal coat.

Anyone ever have kits like this? I'm not complaining...I've just never had anything like this. I've had normal coated kits, just not any 'plush' ones.
