the wood fuel pellets u get 40lb for 6 dollars and the other u get 20 lb for 6 thats why i was wondering

The wood fuel is likely hardwood as it will last longer when burning. It wasn't really meant to be bedding (if it's what I am thinking of). Also you'd use bigger quantities as fuel, so it is likely sold cheaper to go with that. Kinda like buying hay for horses vs buying a hay bag/box at the pet store.
