no-slip ideas

I put my girls in their condo and since it has linoleum floors for easy cleaning i put that rubbery shelf liner in the levels for traction when they jump up ... sugar thinks its tasty... what else can i use that isn't harmful if chewed?

Does she chew carpeting? If not you could get a rubber backed rug.

What about a sea grass mat or cardboard? Then it would be ok to chew.

I have the grass mats but they slide around on the linoleum too... i could put the shelving rubber under them and try that.. they would have to est through the mat to get to it.

Is there any way to use a zip tie to hold it in place?
