Welcome to the forum! He is so cute!
I would swap his litter over to Pine Pellets. He won't eat them and they are cheaper, more absorbant, reduce odor, last a long time, and work extremely well.
Another thing I noticed, is he is getting carrot. He should not be introduced to fruits and veggies until he is 12 weeks old. Also, carrots are full of sugar so an adult rabbit (6 months+) should only be getting a tiny bit.

Sooo cute! I would do what Mariam+Theo said, the type of litter makes a difference! Also i would recomend putting a few sticks in his cage if you havent already.

Thank you! That is good to know. I gave him a few bites of that carrot that one time. I appreciate your advice!! Thank you!

Thank you! He does have sticks in his pen but he doesn’t take an interest to them! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Welcome aboard :)
I think it's pretty normal that he eats his bedding in his litterbox, I wouldn't stop him at all
