I love Theodore very VERY much.

I was having a jolly time "grooming" him - I will usually nuzzle his back with my nose as he licks my forehead.

:XThat LITTLE TURD! :X

He hopped away from me suddenly and sprayed me in the FACE.

:nonono:

It must be an omen to something when you start the day with rabbit urine dripping from your nose...

It's okay, you guys can laugh...

I love my bun I love my bun I love my bun I love my bun...

Ha ha - you've been christened! You're a bona fide bunny lover now.

It's a good thing I wear glasses or I would have been blinded by now!

No kidding. I think I've put off the "big visit" with the vet long enough...

I have heard that the humane society has better prices on spay/neuterservices. Does anyone know if they do, and if they are careful?

I need to get my dog spayed as well, so this will be pretty expensive for me.

I payed $100 for my last rabbit, Kibbles, and I expect the bill to be $200 for my dog, Little Lady.

Any suggestions?

No,I wasn't mad enough to spray him back... ;)

Almost. LOL.
and dont EVER spray him with a water bottle!

I am convinced me spraying my male with water was what got him startedon spraying. He would occasionally spray me back after spritzing him!

Well I think you were sending mixed messages to poor Theodore...
After all - you were nuzzling his back with your nose.
What's a healthy buck to think?
By the way - been there - and HAVE gotten it 'in the mouth' on one occassion.
You never saw anyone running to a sink so fast to stick their mouth under the faucet!
YUCKKKKK!!!
God I can still taste it - and it happened probably 15 years ago!
That VW had great aim... God rest his little soul!

Yes, I guess I let it go too far. I can understand competing for shoes- I wear the shoes, take them off, he rubs his chin all over them, Iwear them the next day, he rubs his chin all over them when I gethome... the cycle never stops.

But there is not a doubt in my mind that my face belongs to me. :)I have to put my foot down.

LOL.

My sister got it in the face a few weeks ago when she was wrappingChristmas presents on the living room floor. Cookie gotexcited about all the new things to explore and ran past her andsprayed her in the face.

I thankfully have not yet had this experience.

heh.
