Dew lap fur

Why does my rabbits dewlap fur come out so easily?
Like I can pull it out just by touching it.
It doesn’t hurt her when it comes out, but I was wondering if it had anything to do with linked poop? I posted another question about linked poop today. Her dewlap is a bit matte too. Any help appreciated

This with the stringed poos suggests she is shedding. Give her a good brushing and increase hay. She should be eating about her body size in hay every day.
