Bunny on antibiotic and antitoxin has mismatched poops.

Long story short, we had a plant (Madagascar Dragon Tree) that was growing in our yard that was toxic to my bunny because she ate the leafs of a growing bud.

She's way better now, yesterday she wouldn't eat anything besides hay and water - but now she's eating her veggies again (still refusing the pellets) and way more active and even binky and zoomies around the yard this morning. Her poops have been sometimes normal healthy poops and sometimes they're coming out clumped together with a slimy shine on them. Is that due to the antibiotic and antitoxin or is she getting out the toxic plant out of her system still? Thanks ahead of time!

I could be all of the above reasons. Eating anything not normal in their diet can cause that change and also antibiotics can cause the change too. Monitor their poop until it starts looking normal again.

Like Maki_p29 said, it could be either. Anything that causes irritation to the digestive tract can result in some mucous being produced, and this can make the fecal balls sticky. Though if the poop is steadily worsening instead of gradually getting better, it would be good to talk to your vet about it right away, as you just don't want it to be the onset of mucoid enteritis. Also make sure it's not just normal cecotropes you're seeing, as these are normally clumped together with a bit of a shiny coating, and this is completely normal.

Her poops aren't cecotropes! For some reason it's always the poop in the morning, after she spent the night in her cage, that come out clumped together (you can still see each ball shape) and they're easy to squish. There's no hair on them at all, her poops during the day are back to normal. It is only her second day of taking the medicines, and she's not showing any signs of pain at all and is munching a lot of grass and veggies.

That's good she's eating lots of grass. Good quality grass(or grass hay) is one of the best things to help get a rabbits digestive tract back in balance and settle minor to moderate digestive upset. Though if the poops worsen, she starts showing signs of being unwell, or you have any concerns, it would be good to contact your vet right away.
