This is my Bunny bonding schedule for my 2 bunnies. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Both bunnies are nurtured and are currently living in side by side homes.

Each bonding session I start by letting them run around for 1 hour to expel some energy.

Every finished bonding session ends with treats and petting time.

Thursday night bonding at 1am (45 minutes)
15 minutes in a tall box in top of the dryer
15 in a tall box in a nurtural territory (garage)
15 in 2'x5' X pen in nurtural territory (garage)

Friday afternoon bonding at 1pm (45 minutes)

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's I swap there living quarters, hay and litter boxes for about 12 hours.

Sounds like you have it down to the T. If they aren't fighting I would say don't change anything (why fix it if it's not broken). The bonding process can take some time so just be patient with that as they really need to develop trust with one another.
Here's one good piece of advice "Gradually allow the meetings to become longer, and allow them lots of toys and/or cardboard boxes to hide in if they want to. Once the rabbits become content to lie together and groom each other they can be left together full time." (source: SmallPetSelect). Good luck!
