Bonded bunnies spraying urine

The oast few days my bonded male female pair have been having disagreements including circling, lunging, mounting etc. And the have started spraying urine. Haven't caught them in the act though. Should I intervene? Will it ruin their litterbox habits? Anything I can/should do?

I think this will escalate to actual fighting. They circle eachother with their tails up and Tulip pulls out tufts of Mr Buns hair. They don't lay by eachother anymore except as an insult. "No I won't groom you, I'm ignoring you right now" bunny flop

Are they both fixed? How long have they been bonded? Has anything changed in their environment?

Both fixed, bonded for six months. Nrw litterbox a couple weeks ago and nothing new since. Tulip is 50% sass, 30% obnoxious, and 20% sweet...definitely the instigater here. Mr Bun is easygoing but not a pushover so they butt heads a bit. Idk whats going on with them lately though. Hopefully it will blow over
