Bold spot on my bun's leg

I noticed it when he got home after neutering from the vet. I thought because they had to shave him a little to do the survey and accidentally trimmed the leg ( looks like a straight time). Sometimes the fur can regrow at different rates. My neutered bun still has spots on his belly that haven't grown back in yet two months later.

You may just need to give it more time to regrow, usually after their heavy molt occurs.
