This is our newest addition.. Buster ❤️.

We picked up a sweet little sable point buck yesterday. We are housing them separately but wanted to see if there was any advice on getting the two used to eachother. I let Buster out in the pen while Lola was in her cage and she went nuts!

Totally going to have to add a shelf or two! She does get free roam, with the pen too until bed time. We have cats and while they haven't tried to climb in, it still makes me nervous!

A friend used to have bunnies and saved their cage & pen- so Lola got upgraded! Question though. We are supposed to pick up a little buck this weekend- is it safe for them to play together for a little while? Lola is 3 mo and he will be 9 weeks.

Good to know! The basement will just give them more free roaming area and more space for my boys in the playroom so seems like a win win.. Will be perfect this summer in CO to keep them cool since we don't have ac! :) thank you all!

Prob 55-60 would be my guess.. But have never really checked. If we ever get another big snow storm and under freezing temps I'll be sure to check. Thanks for the info! I'm excited to get them their own area!

We are in the process of semi finishing our basement into an area for the computer & bunnies. We live in Colorado so sometimes it can be cold. My question is in the winter or cold days should I do anything? I'll make sure they have bedding/blankets to snuggle in but don't want them to freeze :)...

Good to know! I'm not opposed to have two single buns if we decide to go that route. Just need to think it through and see if I want to clean up after 2 rabbits vs 1 lol
