    anti-parasite spray

Apologies for not replying earlier, the contents of the spray are: neem tree oil, citrus essence, non_ionic_surfactans, alcohol, water. Unfortunately, i am not a US resident, I am in Greece at the moment and this product appears to be a product of France.

    anti-parasite spray

Hi, Has anyone heard about the "pinex rodent" anti-parasite spray? My bunny has mites and I can't find any of the sprays some of you already suggested (eg revolution) and the vet suggests once again injection, which is definitely not a long-lasting solution. A rabbit owner gave the spray to me...

    bunny losing balance

I posted recently asking for advice regarding the mites, and people suggested Ivermectine and revolution. My bunny used to have injections for the mites, but the problem never really solved. I'll be in touch with the vet for both issues, thanks for your answer. Sent from my iPad using Rabbit...

    bunny losing balance

Hey everyone, For a several days now, my bunny when running seems to lose his balance and falls to his side. It has happened 4 times now and I am not sure if it has to do with his behaviour or health. Generally, he seems to feel fine, despite an issue with some mites. I am worried, do you...

    black spots on fur

Thank you all for your answers. I am sure now it's mites-they are tiny and i can barely see them on my bunny. I will definitely call the vet and ask specifically for the products you suggested. I am aware about frontline, I use it for my cat but never ever for my bunny! :) Sent from my iPad...

    black spots on fur

Hi, More than a year ago I noticed some black "spots" on my bunny's fur. As I didn't know how parasites look like, I took him to the vet and she suggested to inject him (in 3 doses). After that the black spots didn't exactly disappear but were significantly less. At the same time, this...

How did you come up with your rabbit's names?

when I first got my bunny, everyone including the vet said it was a girl. So I called her Teti, which is a nickname for my sister. When I found out he actually is a boy, I switched Teti to Tito. I think he loves his name! Sent from my iPad using Rabbit Forum

    runny poo

The vet said that he needs an adjustment in his diet. Yesterday he ate a small bit of lettuce and one carrot. Today just a bit of banana and again one carrot. He feels great anyway :) Next week we are visiting the vet again. Hopefully he will lose some weight...currently he is 2,5 kilos and the...

    runny poo

It's sooo hard, my parents won't listen! Especially my dad...I think it's a way to show him their love...they don't understand that such a diet could be fatal for the bunny...I'll just remove the extra food and see how he'll do :) Thanks again! Sent from my iPad using Rabbit Forum

    runny poo

I'm afraid it was watery diarrhea. My bunny is 3,5 years old. I know I should be concerned but the vet keeps saying that is very common in bunnies. I have noticed that he is not having 'normal' poo if he eats too many carrots or parsley. Unfortunately, everyone in the family feeds the bunny so...
