I'm leaving for vacation soon. I'm leaving on a Tuesday and will return on Saturday. Me and my bunny, Dexter, have a very close bond. We spend lots of time together and he's very attached to me! My boyfriend's mom has agreed to watch him at her house. She is very nice and I know she will be good...

I actually didn't think about doing that. I'm not for sure if it would help, but it's worth a try! I would feel a lot better if it was just made a rule that if you're selling any kind of animals it has to be in the indoor part, so they don't get too hot. :nod

I went to my local flea market recently and people had TONS of bunnies for sale. There's nothing wrong with that of course, but some of the sellers really mistreated their bunnies... Most of the rabbits I saw were outside in the sun, with no food or water, in cages so small they couldn't move in...

My boyfriend got me my little bun almost 3 years ago, and at the time I was obsessed with show Dexter. I named my bunny after a serial killer ha. But the name suits him extremely well! :biggrin:

Is it okay for rabbits to eat red cabbage? I know normal iceburg cabbage is not okay. If it is okay for them to eat how much in moderation should you give it and how often? :bunny5

When I first got Dexter he HATED me. He wouldn't come anywhere near me. So for weeks I spent hours in my floor, just laying there on my computer or reading. and finally one day he came up to me, hopped in my lap, and started licking me. All the hard work payed off! I love my baby bunny...
