I normally use Carefresh bedding in my bunnies cage. I recently cleaned my rabbits cage and used the last of what we had. My mom offered to buy new bedding since she knew I was busy with a lot of stuff. She got Carefresh but its not the one I normally buy and I never saw this one in our usual...
I got a yellow squash today for Bunny since I read that rabbits can eat it and its been a while since she got the chance to try anything new.
But I'm wondering if I should peel the skin off before I give it to her. Is it okay for a rabbit to eat the squashes skin or should I peel it?
So I was getting Bunny's veggies together the other day like I always do and got a surprise when I pulled out some curly parsley.
There was a caterpillar on the stem!
When I took it out I saw a spot of yellow and when I took a closer look I saw what it was. It wasn't alive though, it wasn't...
Fruits are suppose to be treats. They aren't needed in their diet but its a nice way to treat them. Bunny gets a slice of pear or apple with her veggies every night and a few berries or grapes.
ohbunnies: Thanks I was pretty sure it was nothing. I was wondering if maybe she had been pulling her fur out or something without me noticing. But the darker fur has started blending in with the rest of her fur, before it was outlined in white. But know its blending in and you can hardly tell...
Nice to know I'm not the only one dealing with this.
My mom got back from the story to get new food and she said the place she gets my food had their food all dry. She said all the berries had mold on it!
I don't like the heat because of it being hot. My mom always keeps the room nice and cool with a machine she calls the A.C and she changes my water all the time with ice in it.
I hate it because its ruining my dinner everyday. My mom makes me a bowl full of vegetables everyday and the heat is...
I use CareFresh brand bedding in Bunny's cage. I kept hearing it was really good to use from a lot of other rabbit owners. She's never had anything else for bedding in her cage. The pet shops in my areas other options are the ones that are dyed or are cider or pine, all of which I heard are very...
My mom bought a big bag of cherries and I'm wondering if I could give some to my rabbit. I know that I would have to remove the pits.
Also are there any kinds of flowers and other greens she can eat besides veggies?
Sort of a short blog about something that's popped up.
My younger sister just brought to my attention that on Bunny's rump her fur is turning a different color. The normal color of her coat is a peppered color of light gray, white and dark gray. But now there are little spots of solid dark gray...
Well darn...
I finally got some pics of Bunny. Unfortunately I can't post them since I don't have a Photobucket account. I thought I would just be able to load and post the pictures here like a lot of other forums I belong to. And Photobucket the last time I was there and tried to make an...
Maybe some of you guys here who love the horror genre can help me.
Now I'm going to be honest I'm not big on the horror genre, but my sister has been since she was sixteen so I've been exposed to a number of different ones because of her. And one of the reasons I dislike horror besides the...
So Bunny doesn't seem to be liking the chard I got her a few days back.
She's been trying to be a little sneak about it too. First time I gave it to her with the rest of her greens she ate everything but the chard. I gave her a day off it and then tried again...this time she took it out of the...
Well its time for another trip to the pet store. Because of the humidity Bunny's been drinking a lot and peeing a lot and that means heavily soiled bedding. So I have to buy more.
She got a new food today. I posted in the Nutrition and Behavior part of the forums asking about some foods I was...
