Yup they are just like normal hair, they can fall out, but I wouldn't pull on them I'm not sure if it hurts but I assume it wouldn't feel good for them for their fur to be pulled out! 😂 But no worries they are completely normal and harmless! No reason to remove them!

Not sure if it is this but a lot of buns have hair tufts on their cheeks, they have scent glands there that build up and create the clumps, completely harmless but I added two pictures of a hair tuft that came off of my bun and a link that is about these tufts...
