I just brought her home from the vet, she gave her some antibiotic and said she hasn't torn it completely open and she should be fine unless she continued to lick at the incision.

Thanks everyone, I've called the vet and I plan to bring her in for them to check out the incision again.

I also forgot to mention that the vet used glue to seal up the incision rather than stitching.
