    Let's Get Crafty!

Hey! So about a month ago, I adopted my lovely bun Penelope. She's in a 42" dog crate and I was wondering if anyone was willing to get crafty with me and come up with suggestions on what materials to use and how to use them in the dog crate to create one or more levels, because honestly I'm at a...

    Cute Bunny!

Today I picked out the rabbit that I’m gonna get when I get back from my vacation. I just had a few questions. 1. In my meet with her she didn’t like any of the treats that were being offered to her. Do you know of any treats that have almost always worked with your rabbits? 2. What type of...

    Therapy Bun

I’ve decided that whatever bun I’m looking for I’d like to register as a therapy animal to bring into hospitals and such. I just was wondering if any of you had registered your animals as a therapy animal. Also, what are some characteristics I should look for in a bun that I’d register as a...

    One bun or two?

Hi! So I will soon be adopting a rabbit and I was wondering if I should get one or two. The lovely girl I’m planning on getting was in a bonded pair but sadly her partner had to be put to sleep. Since she’s used to having a friend I was wondering if I should try and bond her with another one of...

    Organizaion

Hey everyone! New bun owner-to-be here. I was wondering how all of you organized everything for your bunny to keep the bunny space as neat as possible. I’m planning on getting one of those multi-drawer storage containers from Walmart and filling the bottom with hay, the middle with food and...

    New Bun

Sadly there’s been some interference with scheduling so I am unable to adopt a bun until September 6th. That works out as it gives me enough time to gather all the supplies so I’m not too upset but I am worried that my chosen bun won’t be avilable in a month. If she is, then it’s meant to be. If...

    New Bun

Hey everyone! When I return home from Europe I’m adopting this bun from the shelter I work at, I’ve done plenty of research so I know lots about rabbits but I still have a few questions if anyone could answer them for me. 1 - What is the best brand of rabbit hay? Is there one? Does it matter...

    Bowls

Hi everyone! I know this is kind of a strange question, but what bowl should I get for my rabbit? I need one for food, salad and water. I'm currently thinking about a soufflé dish for food, a metal dog bowl for salad, and a attached to cage bowl. I know these sound strange but they seem perfect...

Need a name for my newly adopted girl!! Please help with suggestions!

She's beautiful. Some names I've thought of are Olive, Penny, and Lizzy. This are good rabbit names from my point of view. Hope your new bun is doing well!

Picking up while on the ground but nowhere else?

His is completely normal. Since rabbits are prey animals they get scare when something reaches for them. Like if a big wolf reaching down to grab a bunny. It's natural, and just keep working on it. When you are sitting he feels not threat because you are a t similar level. Good luck!

    Worst day of my life

I am so sorry for your loss. May your bun Rest In Peace. If I were in your shoes I would have dome the same thing. I'm so sorry. Don't worry about writing about this. It's better to let it out than to keep it in. So sorry.
