I know that it's generally recomended to feed alfalfa pellets as well as alfalfa hay to a rabit until their teenage years, but I'm having trouble locating alfalfa hay in my area (Kokkola, Finland).

I was wondering if it would be okay to feed him timothy and oat hay along with his Oxbow alfalfa pellets? If so, is there something else I should feed him that would make up for the nutrients he might be losing with this diet?

He's only 10 weeks old and I just want him to grow up as healthy as possible.

Some people prefer to give alfalfa hay, but it is not really necessary. I raise all my rabbits on an alfalfa pellet and timothy hay and have had no problems in young rabbits because of it. They love the timothy. :)

I also supplement with a pinch of rolled oats on top of the pellets daily, for a little extra protein.
