:? Hai everyone, new here! getting a bunny soon (ive fosterd in the past, but getting one of my own) looking for tips, and also,im makeing a c&c cage for it before we get it,so i was wondering.... is a 86x43 c&c a good size?

its 6 cubes long 3 wide makeing 86x43 and will be at least 2 pannels high with a lid.

so i was wondering, is that a good cage size? will it have enough room? were looking for a small bunny, a dwarf most likely. nothing even close to the size of a flemish giant, since we have a small house, and its bunny proofed area is the kitchen, where its cage is,and we will let it out.

so, 86x43...good size? i wanna know before i finish it,and zip tie it,so let me know! thanks!

forgive the spelling XD in a hurry~

Hi neighbor!

That would be just fine. Of course bunny should still get daily exercise in a bunny-proofed area too.

Have you seen other NIC (c & C) cage photos. I believe there are some on this site and also others here:

...just in case you want to see samples.

Bear in mind that 3 grids wide will not fit thru a doorway. Some make it 2 wide for this reason.

Also, you'll want to be sure you have enough doorways to be able to access all areas of the cage.

I'll look for the link on this site showing more NIC cages.

Here it is:
