Worried about Teeth Growing after Tooth Extraction

Hello there last year my bunny had a tooth extraction due to a malocclusion and then I noticed these & after some research I found that these are ''peg teeth'' should I be worried about them? Will they grow larger? should I consider a second surgery?

Wow, I've never seen that before! Perhaps send the photo to your vet and see what they say

Yes, you need to contact your vet. Without the opposing lower incisors to wear against, the peg teeth will continue to grow until they eventually cause problems chewing, for your rabbit. The teeth will either need to be burred down or surgically removed, like was previously attempted.
