Willow varieties

Hi - I grabbed a bunch of willow ends & bits for free from a place that grows willow to make willow baskets. This is all untreated willow that has been dried - but outside not in an oven - and I'm wondering if anyone knows if only certain willow varieties are safe or if I'm ok with all forms of willow?

Can't recall any variety of willow as being unsafe. Try the library or a rescue outfit like HRS.
