I currently had a rabbit book infront of me from the 80s. It is writen by a Brittish auther and rabbit breeder. Anyway, it has a lot of diffrent weeds/wild grasses rabbits can eat. So far all I have identified in my yard isDandelion and Comman Plantain. The book says both are like a super food for rabbits, very healthy and no stomache upset worries.
I let the rabbits in the grass here and there but I thanks to a toxic list I found at least two types of weeds in our yard that are toxic to rabbits. They are not in the part that the rabbits go in but it really had me thinking.
Does anyone have any good information on grasses/weeds that are very good for rabbits that I could find here? I have decided to start gathering grasses and such to feed them each day so I would like to find more than two types.
