Well, Jacob got neutered today...... havent seen him yet, my mum is bringing him back from the vet.

Turns out he didnt get castrated... he got spayed... HE'S A GIRL!

Now I need a feminine name for "her"... its still weird thinking that.

Depending on how used she is to the name Jacob, it may be best to stick with familiar sounding female names. For example: Janna, Justine, Jackie, Jade, etc.
