What's going on?!?

I put a frozen bottle in a sock in with Balthazar to help keep him cool and he likes it but he hasn't eaten much all day after I put it in with him. What's going on? He always eats a scope a day and finishes his bottle in three days. But there's hardly any pee in his litter and I know he hasn't drank any because he licks the bottle. Theres less poop as well.

What temperature is it where his cage is? It's possible that he's overheated, even with the frozen drink bottle.

He's not that hot but I think it was the bottle cause now he's back to normal
