What would this colour fur be called?

The brown color is black gold tipped steel

The white could mean they are Vienna marked (meaning a parent was a blue eyed white rabbit) or Dutch mix breed bunnies
 
That's understandable. In new Zealand's especially whites people get gold tipped steels in their litters randomly. The white marks point to the Dutch
 
I think it's a chocolate mix with a little goldish brown that is a pic of my rabbits

The recognized color variety is called black gold tipped steel (or gold tipped steel (GTS) for short). Your rabbits seem to be a lynx on the left and an orange on the right. Rabbits have professional color standards just like dogs and cats do :)
