What does rabbit flip ears side to side mean?

It's kinda hard to describe but sometimes I see my rabbit like flip its ears side to side. She usually just does it like once in a while. But what does it mean?

Is it a hard or soft shake? Is it usually followed by a binky or running around?

It's a soft shake and it's not followed by a binky or running around, but she night start licking me

Sometimes she just continues what she was doing
