Looks like a blue tort to me.
I'm not sure about "is this a good example of a holland lop" because I'm not a breeder. Someone else will come along and give their opinion

Definitely a blue tort. If you'd like to hear more breeder's opinions on her conformation, I would move this to the Rabbitry section. I am very new to Hollands so I would hate to say something egrerious. Plus, she looks really, really young still.
The only thing that I can see as far as Holland type is that she has a slipped crown (her ears should be closer to her eyes). She's not in breed pose to really view her body conformation that well.
That is a Blue Tort and no it is not a good example of the breed. The head is too small, ears are too thin and long and baby is not compact enough. It is a pet quality Lop but still very cute
