Hi Hi, this is Sherlock, he's almost 2 years old, and I'm curious about what breed he is. Here are some pictures. Oh, and he's got one blue eye, and one brown, doubt that helps any, but I think it's cool, lol.

He kinda looks like a mix between a mini rex and something else. But the something else could be anything. lol The blue eye means that he has the vienna gene. 
So that means a blue eyed white rabbit was involved in making him.
He's cute!

Blue eyes can also be a result of Dutch mixes. We occasionally get Dwarf Hotots with 1 or both blue eyes.

Do blue eyes in Dwarf Hotots mean that they can carry for blue?

He looks like he has the Hotot 'eyeliner', and rather short ears, like a netherland dwarf (hence the blue eyes possibly)or a dwarf hotot, but he definitely looks like he has mini rex in him.
