Looks like a lop don't know the weight but definitely a lop

The top bunny looks like a Holland Lop. Is the bottom rabbit a similar size or larger than the first one?

The coat pattern and coloring associated with the Californian breed is common in many others breeds too. The top rabbit has a fairly distinctive Holland Lop look. I don't think the coloring is due to mixed breeding in this case.

I would say top one is a pointed white Holland lop (I would not say its has cali in it) and the bottom one is a broken chestnut holland lop or mini lop not sure, it could just be a non-dwarf holland lop.
