He’s white with black spot around his eyes and body. His paper works says unknown. I think he might be a mini Rex mix but Idk. So if you could help me find out what breed he is please do.

It does look like you may have a Dutch bunny! I love those breeds. I was looking for one and sadly non came up for sale. I got thumper! A white tailed. Loving and fun. But also mean at some times 😅
 
He is certainly lovely! I don't see any Mini Rex or Dutch in him, probably just a wonderful little mutt! Maybe a little Netherland Dwarf based on the shortish ears, round shape, and smug face, or perhaps a little Dutch in there somewhere, although I don't see any openly displayed traits. It's hard to guess without knowing his weight, but he looks small, so I would definitely bet on some kind of dwarf,

Just FYI, Dutch rabbits have very distinct markings. ;) The black sections in this photo can be a different solid color, but the markings themselves are the same.
